Conference Venue & Accommodation

The Conference will be held from Sunday, September 14, 2025 to Friday, September 19, 2025 at Sol Nessebar Resort. The Hotel is near to the ancient town of Nessebar - a historical small sea town, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Guests can enjoy the seasonal Aquapark with five water slides, several swimming pools, and the unique Rocky River attraction, flowing through the forest and along the beachfront. The resort also provides full access to indoor and outdoor pools, a spacious sun terrace, and a wellness center offering spa treatments, sauna, steam bath, and a hot tub. A wide range of entertainment is available, including sports facilities such as tennis, volleyball, and football, as well as leisure options like billiards, darts, and bicycle rentals. The conference sessions will be held in the biggest event hall at Hotel Sol Nessebar Palace. The hotel provides full Wi-Fi coverage.

Excursion

As part of the conference programme, we are planning a boat trip in the picturesque bay of Nessebar, Sunny Beach, and St. Vlas. Light snacks and drinks will be served on board, enriching the experience of the enchanting azure sea views. Please note: this excursion is weather-dependent and will take place only under suitable conditions.

In case of unfavourable weather, an alternative programme will be offered: a wine tasting at a local winery, combined with visits to the domed Thracian tomb "Kuhata Mogila" and the Salt Museum in Pomorie, offering a glimpse into Bulgaria’s ancient culture.
