Invited Talks: 25 mins (20+5 mins Q&A)

Contributed Oral Talks: 15 mins (10+5 mins Q&A)

Please prepare your presentation slides in PDF or PowerPoint format.

All presentations must be prepared in English.

Please check the resolution of any images or graphs in your presentation files in advance.

Abstract Submission

Please send the abstract of your report and the completed application form by 20 July 2025.
The application form is available in the Registration section.

The abstract for an oral/poster presentation and completed application form should be submitted to the Organizing Commite at: lwr2025@inrne.bas.bg

Abstracts must be written in English.

Abstract title: 14 pt, bold, Times New Roman with capital letters.

Authors names: Full names with superscript numbers for affiliations. At least one of the authors should provide an e-mail address for correspondence, 11 pt, Times New Roman.

Author Affiliations: Authors must provide the full official name of their organization or institution (including country, city, zip code), 11 pt, Times New Roman, Italic.

Main text: 12 pt, Times New Roman. The abstract must be limited to one page. Tables and figures should be inserted in the text as well as their captions.

Keywords: Authors must include a maximum of five (5) keywords, 11 pt, bold, Times New Roman.

File Format: Submissions should be provided in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

Once your abstracts are reviewed, you will be notified.

Proceedings Submission

Please submit the proceedings of your report before 30 of September 2025.
